Refund or exchange an item
Faulty Item / Wrong item
Refund (less shipping)/ exchange is possible when you receive a faulty or incorrect item from what you ordered. Please e-mail us quoting your order details and the reason for return. Once you receive a confirmation e-mail from us, you can return the item.
Refund/Exchange will be done within 3 working days after we receive the item back. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you a replacement or in circumstances when the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
You have 7 days from receipt of the item to contact our customer care and arrange to return it to us.
Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Please return the item to the address found at the back of your package and address it to ‘Sinderella Returns’.
